Clocks and Timepieces 1: The Frame

Issue 5

Zeus King of Agartha

Having finally got the chance, Kyle studied the book that the Norns had given him. It was a strange one to say the least. The Book of Seidhr was a book on magic. He had never delved into that sort of field. He was more of a tech guy himself. But the book told him lots of spells and rituals in which he could use to empower himself. There was a note as well, from Present,

Your powers are more than you think.

He knew that now. The powers he had gained were not fading. He could now fly, was terribly strong, and could fire energy beams from his hands. He had been informed of his psychic powers as well due to his interactions with Gwen. Picking up new powers seemed to be his thing. It dawned on him that he must have picked up his technopath powers from Hack. He sat back, the world looking different for him.

The fact his powers were so wide ranging was overwhelming. He could literally be all powerful as a person could be, gaining every power he ever encountered. Did he have a limit? He’d have to find out.

He sat back up, he had work to do. He needed to memorize a few of these spells. They seemed useful. At the same time, he found it odd that the majority of these spells required a sexual component.

Fate is pervy I guess.

After two more hours, having studied the book long enough, Kyle shut the book and went outside of the Frasier home. The night air was cool and nipped at his skin a little and he adjusted his leather jacket slightly at the discomfort. He double checked his things, his mask, the device that Gene had given him, his jacket. All there. He needed to name that device, he thought. Calling it Gene’s device was too clunky. He sighed, time to go out and retrieve that hoodie.

Kyle summoned his techno-armor around himself, creating rocket boots for his feet. Armor Man, or Gene as he preferred, had given him a nice piece of technology. The device itself was nothing more than a glorified pager, but with his technopath powers, he could basically transform it into anything he wanted. It was an infinite source of technology that he could draw from and form weapons, armor, gadgets, or accessories. In this case, he formed it into body plate armor that covered his whole body, from toe to the neck, and then formed a protective mask over his mouth and nose. The rocket boots on his feet were incredibly powerful, he could fly faster than any fighter jet with these. Though, he guessed, he could fly now because of Shatterstar, he’d have to visit her too. He rocketed off into the River City night sky.

“Kyle!”

Kyle turned, mid flight as he continued to fly backwards, Tone was flying close behind him.

“We want to help!”

“We?” He asked.

The mask made Kyle’s voice very synthetic and masked. It was a very cool and commanding sound. Tone was flying up behind him wearing a costume he had never seen her in before. A light blue and white, one piece, long sleeved spandex suit. She wore a gold belt and had a single black and gold pauldron on her left shoulder with matching black and gold gloves that extended up to her elbows. Her boots were a similar pattern, gold trim at the top with black boots with a short heel that came up to just above the knee. She wore a light blue mask that covered the upper part of her face and above his nose with diamonds cut out for her ears. On her chest was a symbol, it was like an arrowhead in over all shape with the head of the arrow more like wings or feathers and the butt of the arrow more in the shape of a stick figure head. It was black with gold trim as well.

“Yeah we!” Hack’s voice said over radio.

“How are you going to help me Hack?” Kyle asked bemused.

“I got blueprints and layouts for the penthouse as well as the warehouse.”

“Warehouse is where the hoodie is right?” Kyle asked.

“Yeah.” Hack replied.

“Good.” Kyle said, “Let’s head there then.”

Tone flew up beside him and they took off together, him and his rocket boots, and Tone’s magical abilities that allowed her to fly as such. Kyle couldn’t help but to notice that her one piece costume gave him a generous view of her ass. The one piece unitard basically functioned as a glorified thong and did nothing to hide her gorgeous legs. The spandex was tight against her body and hugged her curves perfectly. Kyle had always been a person who admired a girl’s face and also oddly enough, her waist, but he had to admit, Tone’s ass was a beauty and her legs went on for miles. No wonder she had been a model.

“New costume?”

“This world allows for such things.” Tone said, “And in public now, I’ll be the Valkyrie. Neuroweave from Gene’s lab.”

“It looks good. Guess I’ll need a name myself.” Kyle said.

“How about Super Mechanic Man?” Hack said, “since you can make everything out of technology.”

Kyle chuckled, “No Hack. Never.”

“Or how about the Human Sponge? Since you can absorb all the powers ever?”

He pondered a name for himself, but he couldn’t come up with anything fun.

“I’ll have to think about it. For now, boss will suffice.” Kyle said.

“Got it boss.” Hack said.

Kyle grinned to himself, just like old times.

“Master!” Nastia’s voice said over the radio chatter, “I’ve scoped out the warehouse and I’ll have you covered when you enter. I suggest your entry point be the roof above. There’s some glass there which you can observe the situation through.”

Kyle reminded himself he needed to talk to Nastia when this was all over.

“My scans detect several heat signatures inside.” Hack said, “I’ll watch you through security cams and watch your back.”

“Right.” Kyle said, “Let’s hit this place hard and fast.”

They closed in on the warehouse, and the two of them daintily landed on the top of the building, peering through the windows above to see what the situation was. Inside they spied two costumed figures and a bunch of henchmen wielding guns.

“What’s the plan boss?” Tone asked.

“You can take these guys and so can I. Let’s go in quiet and take out some henchman before we open up this barrel of monkeys. When shit goes down, you tank the villains and I’ll take them out from behind.” Kyle whispered.

“Got it.” Tone said.

“Hack any signs of the hoodie?”

“I’m working on it.”

“Alright let me know.”

Kyle signaled to Tone and they both went on opposite sides of the building and dropped down. Kyle fished the tarnkappe out and put it on, immediately going invisible as he could feel the magic take effect. Manipulating his techno-armor, he changed the lower face mask to a set of night vision goggles on top of the tarnkappe so he could see better in the dark. His vision now green but sharp as an eagle, he took a brief second to observe the situation.

There was one figure with silvery blonde hair and dark blue costume. She was young and attractive and the costume hugged all the right places. The other was harder to see but also feminine in form with long brown hair. They were talking in low voices as Kyle silently made his way over to an unsuspecting thug and snapped his neck.

“Ma’am.” a thug said, “We’ve moved the boxes, we’re readying the transport right now. Package is secure.”

“Good. Now get out of my face.” The silver haired one said. “Torque let’s get going then.”

Kyle continued snapping necks until the majority of the henchman were taken out. He spotted Tone, knocking out her last enemy, and they both nodded. Leaping from the shadows, Tone flew into battle, tackling the brunette girl to the ground and smashing the ground where her face once was with a powerful punch. The girl had moved aside however and Tone began to feel uncharacteristically sick.

Kyle meanwhile bided his time as Tone stumbled up and managed to punch the brunette girl in the face knocking her out. He was unsure about the capabilities of his adversaries and since Tone was for all intensive purposes unable to be truly hurt or harmed, he skulked in the shadows, waiting for the opportunity to strike.

“Ugh…” Tone groaned, stumbling to her feet.

A large metal container was thrown directly at Tone who ducked as it smashed the wall to her right.Tone rushed forward, stumbling and gasping, as she aimed a punch at the silver haired girls face, but whiffed terribly and was thrown a side by a concussive blast. Getting to her feet, she readied herself for another assault. The silver haired girl, presumably Lodestone, looked bemused. Something was off in Tone’s balance, no doubt caused by the brunette girl. Torque presumably.

“As soon as Tone goes in,” Kyle said, “Nastia, hit the target with bullet.”

“Lethal master?”

“Up to you.” Kyle said. “But she can’t commit any crimes dead.”

Hack interrupted the comm chatter, “use a tranquilizer please.”

Tone rushed forward once again, still completely off balance, making a wild swing for Lodestone. At the same time he heard a muffled crack in the distance. Nastia had fired a sniper bullet from a building across the way. The bullet ricocheted off a magnetic shield that Lodestone and thrown up and the bullet flew in it’s deadly arc right at Tone. Tone groaned once again, this time even louder, and then passed out.

Shit. Good thing Nastia used a tranquilizer. Now it was Kyle’s turn to move in. If Tone’s raw power hadn’t been enough, he would need to be far more tactful.

“Come on out.” Lodestone said with a cackle, “I can feel you.”

“Shit.” Hack said over the intercom.

“Sorry Master.” Nastia said, “I’ll withdraw slightly, doesn’t look like I’ll be helpful here. I’ll cover you.”

Kyle stepped out into the light. Just in normal garb, having removed his mask of invisibility and removed his techno armor. The armor would be no use against a magnetic like Lodestone. He held up his hands in mock surrender.

“Alright.” Kyle said, “Alright. My plans failed a bit.”

“Who are you?” Lodestone asked with a raised eyebrow, “Don’t recognize you or her at all. That’s rare these days. I recognize all you hero types.”

“Suffice it to say that I’m not from around here.” Kyle replied, “Look, I’m a technopath, I can’t fight magnetism.”

He displayed his power with a bit of techno armor forming and then informing around his fist.

“What are you saying then? Are you offering something instead?”

“I want to protect my friend. She’s knocked out.” Kyle said, “I don’t really have much to offer but this mask.”

“Your mask?”

“If you’ll let me, I’ll place it on your knocked out friend here to demonstrate. It’ll make her invisible.”

“Let me do it.” Lodestone said, “I don’t trust you.”

“Oh that’s perfectly understandable.” Kyle said with a smirk, the wheels in his head turning, “But you see the mask is not metal. And I’m sure you don’t want to actually come down here and do it.”

The magnetic mistress extender her power but to no avail, the mask was indeed made of a non ferrous substance.

“Go ahead.” She said, warily.

Kyle leaned over and placed the mask on the face of his fallen adversary. She promptly disappeared and Kyle removed the mask, the girl reappearing as soon as he did. Quickly, he gave the girl a quick kiss and felt a surge of power.

“Why the kiss?” Lodestone asked.

“She’s hot.” Kyle shrugged, “I couldn’t resist.”

Kyle slowly began to exercise his newfound power. Subtly at first, but he started to slowly increase it’s influence. He had a guess as to what the power did, but he wasn’t positive.

“I’m going to hand this mask to you. Is that alright? You’ll agree to let me get away safely with her right?”

Lodestone was suspicious, this kid had a silver tongue and suddenly she was beginning to feel a little woozy. There was no reason for the nausea she was currently experiencing. Her partner was down. This kid was a technopath, or at least he claimed he was. Her head was hurting she was feeling terrible, and then suddenly he heard a whisper in her ear.

Eiga

She felt a hand on her navel and ear, and then a set of hands running through her hair. Her feeling of nausea rapidly dissipated and was replaced instead with a flutter between her thighs. The kid had snuck up on her while she was distracted.

Damn it! How could I be so foolish!? But oh…

“Uhhhhh!” Lodestone cried out with a moan.

“Nastia, move in, get Valkyrie out of here.” Kyle said.

“Yes Master.”

Lodestone rapidly stripped down out of her costume and presented herself for her would be adversary, ready and waiting, hoping for some relief. Her body was on fire and she needed his release.

“What do you need?” Kyle asked, “beg for what you need.”

“Please, I…need release!” She cried, “I don’t know what the hell you did to me, but right about now I ugh! I don’t care! I…I need…NEED RELEASE!”

She tackled him to the ground and ripped off his clothes. Straddling him she forced herself upon him, rapidly and savagely using and fucking him. Kyle struggled to keep up with the voracious sex starved woman. As he fucked her, he could feel a rush of energy enter him, just as he had experienced when he kissed Shatterstar for the first time. Redoubling his efforts with his newfound strength, Kyle flipped the girl onto her back, grabbing her legs and forcing her into a wide split. Entering her decisively, he began to fuck her in earnest. The mewls and caterwauling she made signified her pleasure as she cried out with joy. As they climaxed, Lodestone quickly passed out.

After he had finished, he summoned Gene’s device out of his pant pocket utilizing his newfound magnetic powers, transformed the device into a phone, and called 911. He was going to have to figure out a name for that thing.

“Officer, two super villains down. Warehouse district. Get here to wrap them up.”

Kyle tied the two villainess together, put on his clothes, and then made his way to their getaway vehicle, rapidly reforming his techno armor around himself. Scanning the boxes he found what he was looking for.

“Hack you’re never going to believe this.”

“What?”

“This is no ordinary hoodie.”

“What kind of hoodie is it? What could be so special about it?” Hack asked patronizingly.

“It’s not just a hoodie, its a fleece.”

“Yeah so?” Hack’s voice was dripping with sarcasm.

“It’s a golden fleece. It’s The Golden Fleece.”

“WHAT!?”

* * *

As he left the building and finished discussing things with the cops, a media reporter approached him, he realized however, the name tag around his neck.

“Mesh I presume?”

“Let’s not be trite any longer.” The man said.

Mesh transformed into a young man with a winged helmet and winged shoes.

“Call me truly. I’m Hermes.”

“Mesh, huh? Hermes? Fun. You’re a fan of anagrams I presume?”

“Always a fan of tricks.”

“You want this I then?”

Kyle held up the golden hoodie.

“Yes. I sent you and your friends after it.”

“Well why should I give it to you?”

Hermes was taken aback slightly.

“Golden Fleece seems pretty valuable to me. I bet a buyer would give me a hefty sum for it.”

Hermes sneered.

“Fine then. I’ll fight you for it.”

“Fight me for it?” Kyle asked, “You’re a shapeshifter. What would you do?”

“Are you a fool?”

“No.” Kyle said, “That fight wasn’t too hard. If it wasn’t so hard, why didn’t you go for it? Why not retrieve the fleece yourself? Obligations? Other things? Bullshit.”

Hermes sneered at him once again, but this time it didn’t last.

“Alright. You got me. I can’t make you come, but she can.”

Emerging from the shadows was a girl. She had long brown hair and big hazel eyes. She wore a black tank top, black athletic shorts, black sneakers, and red MMA gloves. She flexed and he could sense the energy emanating from her fists and feet. It surrounded her feet and fists with a yellowish glow that was reflected in a fiery yellow light that burst from her eyes.

“And she is?”

“I’m Athena.” She replied. He liked the sound of her voice. Like a voice that would advertise perfume or lingerie.

“Wow. Alright.” Kyle said, “You guys sure like the Greek mythology.”

“It’s a hobby.” Hermes replied.

“So I’m still unconvinced.” Kyle replied with a smirk, “She looks like she can handle a fight more than you can. But that doesn’t sway my opinion just yet.”

He flicked his fingers, snatching the metal helmet of Hermes’ head and spinning it around his finger like a basketball.

“Besides, I just picked up some magnetism powers from Lodestone over there.”

They stared each other down for a tense moment. Kyle smirked internally, what did these people expect? For him just to hand it over? In what universe would that happen? He wasn’t going to just bend over, especially since he had picked up these new magnetism powers.

“We can’t do anything Mitch.” Athena said, “He’s called our bluff.”

“But—”

“No buts. Get out of here. You failed.”

Hermes sulked, his appearance changed to a youthful teenager, his true form perhaps, and he walked off dejectedly.

“I’m Skye. Skye Sweetman.” She said, “Looks like we got off on the wrong foot. Mitch is young, but he’s got a good heart.”

“What do you want?” Kyle asked.

“Your help.” Skye replied, “To be perfectly honest, we need your help.”

“Who is we?”

“Olympus. We’re an organization seeking to keep this world safe.”

“Right.” Kyle said, “So why all the smoke and mirrors?”

“We’re secret. We’d like to stay that way.”

“Makes sense.” Kyle replied with a shrug, “What do you need of me?”

“You’re not of this world. Not of this dimension. The world is out of balance because you’re here. Hermes wanted to kill you.”

Kyle chuckled.

“Besides the obvious fact that he could not accomplish this himself, I believe you’re not the cause of this imbalance.”

“Who is?” Kyle asked, testing her.

“Two people, Ultra Girl’s clone as well as The Jabberwocky. A simple rule of time is that two people from different times or dimensions cannot exist for an extended period of time in the same dimension.”

“So Shatterstar being here is throwing the world into chaos?” Kyle asked, impressed of the girls knowledge of current events.

“Yes.” Skye said, “As well as the Jabberwocky’s presence.”

“So what would happen if I simply left?” Kyle continued testing her.

“You are not the one causing the disturbance, fate has brought you here for a purpose. The others however, they are causing issues.”

“So why do you need my help? Actually, why should I help at all?” Kyle did a quick scan of her mind, but found himself blocked. Girl was well protected.

“Because you’re heart is noble.” Skye replied, placing a hand on his chest, “despite your outward aggression, and you are the one destined to solve these things.”

“Let me guess, there’s a person in Olympus named Apollo who predicted these things at your Oracle?”

“Actually yes.” Athena said, giving him a coy look. She walked away slightly, “Hermes is just the messenger, I’m just the brains, Zeus is our leader. He might explain things better he uses words far better than I.”

“Fine then.” Kyle said, “You need my help, what’s in it for me?”

“The greater good not good enough for you?” Skye said with a smirk, “would it help to say that I, personally need you?”

Kyle smirked right back, “Is that why they sent you? A pretty face to get my blood racing?”

“That’s what Aphrodite’s for.” She said with a smirk, “But your eyes haven’t been on my face the entire time.”

“Touché.” Kyle replied, “You need me?”

“Oh very much so yes.” Skye said with a seductive smile.

“I’ve got all the girls in the world at my fingertips. Why should I care about you?”

She approached him, with a husky voice, “How many men can say they fucked” She emphasized the last word as she spun around slightly and ground her ass into his crotch, “a goddess?”

He had a hard time disagreeing with her logic.

“Isn’t Athena supposed to be a virgin?” Kyle asked, able to barely pull up a retort in his mind. Luckily, he thought, he delivered it with confidence.

“Maybe.” She said with a smirk, “But I’m not. And besides.” She said with a seductive stare, “I’ve got a way for you to defeat The Jabberwocky, once and for all.”

She walked away dropping a business card behind her, “go here when you’re ready. Bring the fleece.”

Kyle picked up the card and flipped it over.

“Hack, I think I’ve got a lead.”

“Is that what you call her?!” Hack chuckled, “I wish I had a lead like that. Ow! Tone! Super strength! Super strength!”

“Glad you’re awake Tone.” Kyle said with a smile, “Do I sense a bit of jealousy?”

“She’s totally blushing.” Hack teased, “Ow! Tone! Tone! Super strength! You have super strength! Do you want to break me?”

“Kyle, for the record I’m not jealous. I just disprove of a girl treating you like a piece of meat!” Tone replied, but Kyle wasn’t entirely convinced.

Tone was jealous? He’d have to talk to her about that further too. He took off into the night sky to return home to the Frasier’s residence.

Kyle chuckled, “Alright. Well I’m coming back. We can figure things out when I get back.”

“Roger that boss.”

* * *

“Have you heard about this Olympus?” Kyle asked.

He was sitting with Eugene at the dinner table of the Frasier abode. The older man shook his head.

“I hadn’t heard o’ them laddie.” Gene replied, “Not before ya brought them to ma attention.”

“What’d you find out?” Kyle asked.

“They’ve got their hands in everything. Little investments here and there. They were actually invested in my companies, only owned a bit of through a proxy. They work through proxies often.”

“Proxies?”

“They give money to a middle man to have him invest their finances. Keeps their name of’ the books.”

“Smart.”

“Ya they are laddie. I’m not sure who you’re dealin’ with here. But they sure got a lot of money to throw around.”

“Skye claimed they were working for the betterment of the planet.”

“Betterment eh?” Gene replied, “Who’s definin’ that word for them?”

“I intend to find out.” Kyle said, “Thanks for this by the way.”

Kyle held up the device, “I think I’m going to call it the Labyrinth.”

“A fitting name if I e’er heard one.” Gene said with a smile.

“If I’m going to get there, I need a jet. Or if I’m going by myself, I’ll just use my armor.”

“Done.” Gene said, “You can use one of mine if you need. But this might be a solo mission for ya laddie.”

“You might be right.” Kyle said.

They were sitting around the dinner table discussing these things when Lacie walked into the discussion.

“A word of advice if I may?” Lacie interjected.

“Sure go right ahead.” Kyle said.

“Figure out what you’re going to do about all the girls in your life Kyle.” Lacie said with a knowing look, “People are important. People are people, not pawns.”

“Care to expand on that a little?” Kyle asked, adjusting his body to listen more intently.

“I see the way Tone looks at you.” Lacie said, “It’s special. The way Nastia worships you is more than just her enslavement. Even that girl Skye, she saw something in you that’s special. You have a drawing presence, you’re a leader. You have a lot of power and you’ve wielded power honorably. Don’t let that power go to your head. If we treat people like pawns, we’re no better than the villains we fight.”

“So what do you propose I do then?” Kyle asked, mulling over her words. His voice was soft and considerate.

“Kyle.” She said, “You’re my son. In a very peculiar roundabout way, you’re my son and that comes with several things. I want to see you successful. I want you to be happy. I don’t want to see you stumble around in the dark with these girls but I don’t know what the answer is.”

Lacie sighed, “I really don’t.” She laughed, “It’s not necessarily one man one woman, it’s not necessarily you and a harem of women. Gene, Eva and I? We’re happy. I don’t know you. I just met you. But I do know you and you’re not going to be satisfied until you figure some of these things out. That sort of curiosity runs in the family.”

Kyle sat back in his chair as Gene leaned over and kissed Lacie.

“That’s why I’m a happy man.” Gene said, “She’s right laddie.”

“I know.” Kyle said, “Thanks. I appreciate the advice.”

He smiled at them and gave the both of them a hug. As he left the room, he looked back at them, “Thank you. Really.”

He left the room. Lacie turned to Gene, “He’s got a brilliant mind.”

“You got that right lass. Get’s it from you I’m sure.”

“It’s sad really. His life has made him grow up quick. I almost feel like he’s our age with what he’s seen.”

“We get to make his life a little more normal now.” Gene said reassuringly, “You were giving him girl advice.”

“He’s led suicide missions Gene. Three of them. All of his team died except him, three times.”

“What were they even tryin’ for with insane losses like that?”

“They were trying to overthrow Brainstorm, Gene.”

Gene sat back a little bit in his chair stunned. Kyle and him hadn’t talked about that. They had just talked shop for a few hours.

“That bugger you broke free of way back when?” Gene said, his tone a little more solemn.

“Except in his dimension, Brainstorm took me as his slave, you were captured, and he was the only one left.”

“Shit. That’s a bum job.” Gene replied.

“Tell me about it. And the one person he had, who he loved, was just murdered in front of his eyes by a super villain as soon as he gets transported to another dimension.”

“I had no idea about the suicide missions.” Gene said, rubbing his forehead, “He didn’t tell me.”

They sat there in silence for a bit, the weight of their words rendering them speechless for the moment. Finally Gene spoke,

“Don’t worry lass. From what I’ve seen, he’s like Jimmy. He doesn’t let those things defy him.”

“I just hope the reason those things don’t define him is because of his inner strength and character. Not because he hasn’t had the time to stop, mourn, and cry.”

* * *
Dear Tone.

Looks like I’ve got to head out. I’m doing this one alone. Heading to the address, it’s in Antarctica if I don’t come back in a few days. We should talk about your whole jealousy thing at some point. You’re a good girl Tone. You don’t want a guy like me. You deserve better. I’m not worth falling for. You’ll just end up hurt. Watch out for Hack for me while I’m gone.

Kyle.

Tone read the letter and shook her head, You’re a good man Kyle. I know you are. You just have to believe it.

Kyle found Nastia browsing through his half-brother’s CD collection.

“I don’t even know any of these.” Nastia replied.

She was wearing a blue tank top and jeans. Her shoulder length blonde hair was reflecting the sunlight streaming in through the window making her eyes sparkle as well.

“This one’s awesome.” Kyle said drawing out an old CD, “Love this.”

“Marvin Gaye, Master?”

“Classics.” Kyle said with a laugh, “Put it on.”

Nastia put the CD into the sound system and sweet guitar music began playing.

“Nastia, I’ve gotta confess that this whole slave master relationship has been difficult to navigate. But I’ve been thinking, and I think I’d like to try it.”

Nastia looked at him and smiled, “Ok Master.”

“I think Lacie, Mom, or whatever, I think if she can make it work, I think we can too. I don’t really know about this whole thing. But I’d like to try.”

“Do you think I’m pretty Master?” she smiled at him innocently

Kyle laughed, “Yeah. You’re really pretty.”

“What about me is pretty?” her innocent look was almost too good.

Kyle laughed, “You’re making me work for this aren’t you?”

“Just because I’m your slave Master, doesn’t mean you can expect me to put out right away. Not unless you order me to of course.” She said with a bashful innocence that surprised him. Nastia was like a schoolgirl around him.

“Ok well, your hair is beautiful, and I love you eyes. And I’ve always been a guy who likes a girl with a nice thin, toned waist and yours is really toned. It turns me on really.”

Nastia moved in and kissed Kyle. The music was perfect for the moment. Kyle thought. He kissed her back and pushed her up against the wall kissing her neck. He rained kisses down her neck, pulling up her shirt and kissing her stomach. He ran his hands over her toned waist and she raised her arms over her head as he removed the tank, revealing a lacy black bra underneath. She kissed him back, becoming more aggressive, as she forced him back onto the bed and removed his shirt. Taking down his pants she pulled out his erect dick and began to suck on it enthusiastically, kneeling on the ground to do so. Her expert ministrations made him groan with pleasure which only doubled her efforts.

“Pull down those jeans.” Kyle ordered.

With a “yes master”, she stopped sucking his dick and turned around, bending over to give him a good view as she peeled down her jeans revealing a matching black and white lacy panties that covered her ass in such a way that only accentuated it.

“Stop.” He ordered as the waistline of her jeans reached her lower thighs, “Get on the bed, all fours.”

The thrill of ordering this beautiful girl around was not lost on Kyle. It made him even harder as Nastia crawled on the bed and bent over slightly, thrusting her ass out to him.

Removing her bra and cupping her tits in his hands to get a good feel, Kyle ordered her to slide her panties down, ever so slightly, just enough so that he can see her waiting slit. Sliding into her with a groan, he was surprised to find just how tight and wet she was. Nastia screamed in ecstasy, orgasming as soon as he entered.

He continued however, ramming into her and giving her ass the occasional slap as Nastia wailed and moaned with pleasure. She was a screamer for sure.

After they had finished with that position, they tried more and more, long into the afternoon until around dinner, the smell of food interrupting their lust filled thoughts. Then they just cuddled as they waited for dinner to be ready.

“I love you Master.” Nastia said.

* * *

He touched down in a frozen wasteland next to several active volcanoes in the depths of Antarctica. His armor shielded him from the cold, but only just. He was cold for sure. He held up the frozen business card and squinted to get a better look at it as the icy winds nipped at his heels.

Should be around here somewhere.

He flew around for bit searching for some sort of entrance until he found what he was looking for. The card had read, “Go in the big hole. We’re down under.” and he had indeed found a massive hole. So massive in fact, that he couldn’t see the bottom. Manipulating his armor to create a floodlight, Kyle slowly hovered downward, as the floodlight pierced through the darkness. The light revealed a floor of rock and a few bones of some poor penguins who must have fallen into the pit and killed themselves. Dropping to the floor he scanned the walls of the cave only to find a giant blast door. Shrugging to himself, Kyle walked over and knocked three times.

I still gotta figure out that name. Multiple? No that’s dumb. Copier…copy…agh forget it I’ll figure it out eventually.

Sensing a change, Kyle looked to his right to see a camera extend from the wall, take a good look at him, and then retract into the wall. With a great lurch, the blast doors opened, groaning with the effort as the wind howled around him. Entering in, the temperature immediately spiked as he saw the walls were lined with glass, keeping active and flowing magma at bay creating a beautiful and eerie light source. There to greet him was none other than Skye. Kyle disengaged his techno armor, warming his hands. He stared at her for a second, looking at her peculiarly. She was wearing nothing more than a loincloth and bikini top completely comprised of leopard pelt.

“Ah I was hoping you’d drop by. Hope you found the place alright.” She said wistfully.

“I managed.” Kyle said with a smirk, “Nice decor.” He eyed her up and down.

“Come on then. I’ll take you to see Zeus.” Skye replied sashaying away.

“Hey.” He said, “I just came here to see you.”

She smiled, “Well I’m going to see Zeus. So follow me.”

The girl was clever. He’d give her that.

“This is just the entrance to Agartha, Olympus is at the center.”

“Agartha?”

“We took it from myths about a city at the center of the Earth.”

Kyle chuckled, “Fun.”

Walking down the lava laden halls, he was led to a polished white room adorned with golden trim. Within were several thrones, one for each person of power, Kyle presumed.

“This is our reception room for distinguished guests and before you ask. Yes you’re a distinguished guest. We just wanted to show you around first.”

Kyle smirked. The girl was perceptive too.

“Do you have the complete pantheon?” He asked.

“We’ve got a Hades, an Ares, a Hermes, a Zeus, a Hera—”

“Anyone you don’t have?” Kyle interjected.

“We lost Poseidon a few days ago.” Skye replied.

“Who?”

“A Gwen Snow. You know her of course.”

Kyle’s mood swung immediately. Skye began walking, exiting the room, and Kyle followed.

“Yeah. I know her.”

“I’m sorry.” Skye said, “I can’t say I know how you feel.”

“No it’s fine.” Kyle said, “I gotta move on at some point right?”

“I don’t bring her up on a whim, however.’ Skye said, “I thought you’d have the right to know. Gwen’s been a part of Olympus since the beginning. She’s done some amazing things. We love and respect her here.”

“What is it exactly you guys do?”

“No time for that right now.” Skye said, pointing ahead.

Through a glass pane he saw perhaps the oddest sight he’d ever seen.

“Are you serious?!” Kyle exclaimed.

There was a monorail car which they would presumably board to head to their destination. It was an ordinary car, nothing special about it. Outside was a massive jungle landscape, completely out of character for Antarctica, and on the forest floor, nudging at the glass pane of the monorail car with people inside was a giant dinosaur.

“Is that a T-rex?”

“Yup. That’s Alice. She’s quite the affectionate one.”

“What is this place?”

“Help me get rid of Alice and I’ll explain.”

Heading to a storage unit to one side, Skye brought out a massive piece of meat.

“Here catch!”

She flung it at him with little effort, as Kyle grunted, quickly forming some techno-armor to help him manage the weight.

“We going to feed her?”

“Exactly.”

Kyle suited up, forming his rocket boots and mask, as he headed for the door which automatically slid open for him. Flying out, he called,

“Hey Alice!”

The massive T-rex swung her head around, her eyes were enormous and they began to shine seeing the big slab of meat in his hands. He threw the piece of meat into the woods and the massive reptile bounded off after it with a roar of pleasure. Skye smiled, opening the monorail car, which Kyle flew into and they sat down. They were joined by three other people dressed in business clothes.

“Kyle, these are some of our employees. John and Adam work in HR, Ella works in Accounting.”

“Nice to meet you three.”

The three of them exchanged pleasantries and shook hands as the monorail lurched to life and moved down the track. Kyle was surprised to see the relative calm the three exhibited after the giant T-rex had just been nudging their monorail car. Must have been a normal occurrence or something. As it moved, Kyle got a good look at the pre-historic jungle landscape. Pterodactyls and large birds flew through the air and he saw ancient trees that looked thousands of years old.

“Now to the explanation.” Skye said, “Agartha is what you call a time-flux. A place where time is massively out of balance. For years, a people we call the Agarthans have lived here protecting it. It’s the easiest place for time travel in the entire world and sometimes things randomly come through. We were surprised you didn’t end up here when you first jumped from your dimension to another.”

“That explains the pre-historic fauna and the T-rex I guess.”

“The volcanoes keep the place warm enough for the trees and reptiles to exist and someone, long ago, created a system that allows us to control and maintain the climate here. It’s a little savage paradise.” Skye continued.

“That doesn’t explain your outfit.” Kyle commented, eyeing her up and down once again.

“It’s standard Agarthan attire. I was just meeting with some of their tribal leaders before arriving here.” Skye said innocently, which turned into a wicked grin, “What? You don’t like it?”

“Don’t put words in my mouth that aren’t there Skye.” Kyle laughed.

“The Agarthans are split into separate tribes which we have categorized for our own sake. The Hyperboreans live in a section that is least active with volcanic activity and is hence quite similar to the Antarctic climate though not nearly as cold. Then there are two tribes, completely segregated by gender who live in the jungle forest. The Myrmidons and the Amazons. They meet twice a year, one to consummate to produce offspring and once again to meet up and divide up the children the males going to the Myrmidons and the females to the Amazons. I happen to be an Amazon myself. Due to the weird influxes around here, many of the Amazons and the Myrmidons gain special powers like I have.”

“What exactly can you do then?” Kyle asked.

“I draw energy from the earth, the air, nature really. Some undefined energy that we can’t quite figure out. It’s almost mystical in nature. It allows me to run at high speeds, up to around eighty miles an hour at a dead on sprint, lift a lot of weight up to maybe a ton or so, relatively impervious to puncture wounds, and gives my kicks and punches a powerful bite to them. I like to call it my chi.”

“Makes sense.” Kyle said, “Alright, fine tell me more about Olympus.”

“Olympus was founded back in the early 50’s after World War II. Gwen, and several other wealthy European super powered patrons met in Greece to form this organization, dedicated to using their finances and their powers for the betterment of the world. This included things such as supporting the Civil Rights Movement covertly, ending the Cold War, stopping terrorist attacks, and so on.”

“Why the Greek mythology?”

“Our founder was a Greek man who called himself Adonis. He had a flair for the dramatic and decided our name, and our organizational structure. Zeus is our head, advised by Poseidon, Hera, and Hades, all of the others serve them. We don’t fulfill the traditional roles of the gods to the ’t’, but we come close and we each have our own missions, works, and fields. Mine was to bring you in and stop the Jabberwocky and Shatterstar from throwing the world into a time paradox.”

“And how did Olympus end up here?”

“Adonis sort of stumbled upon it in his travels. He figured it would be the safest place to house sensitive information and run the organization. Of course we have our branches in almost every UN country, but this is HQ. Plus he figured protecting the time flux would be a wise thing.”

They traveled down the railway and as Kyle looked to his right he saw a plesiosaur basking in the sun. This was truly a strange place.

“Ah we’re here.” Skye said.

The monorail car stopped, and the three employees exited off to the left. Skye headed to the right as they made their way down a long corridor. These halls were lined with waterfalls.

“Gotta give it to your interior designer. Whoever they are, they’re pretty good.”

“Beautiful isn’t it?”

They passed through office work spaces, hangar bays filled with soldiers and weapons, flashing screens that he might understand if he took a while to study them, everything Kyle could have possibly have thought of for a secret organization.

“Come on then. To the conference room.”

Kyle followed her down a winding corridor, to an elevator that took them deep underground to another chamber similar to the reception room with all of the thrones. Seated upon them was none other than a man with shocking blonde hair and stormy blue eyes.

“May I introduce you to Zeus.” Skye said, “Zeus, this is Kyle, as you asked.”

“Ah, yes.” Zeus replied.

Zeus was young and attractive with sharp, captivating features. He could have been a model or an actor for sure.

“I am Zeus. Or that is my title.” the man said, extending a hand, “Call me Damian.”

“Alright Damian.” Kyle replied, shaking the mans hand, “To what do I owe the pleasure?”

“Firstly, you have my fleece.”

“Thought it was Poseidon’s fleece.” Kyle replied.

“It was actually.” Damian said with a sigh. “We regret her loss.”

“Tell me about it. What does it mean to you? The fleece that is.” Kyle quickly changed subjects.

“It is a symbol of our right to rule. It is also a collector’s item hence it being stolen.”

“Rule what?”

“This land. Agartha. We have lived here for many years. Our culture is rich and vast.”

“And the tribes, they accept your rule?”

“Our goals and theres line up. We are allies and a branch of there culture. They allow us here and we protect them.”

“Alright look. I’m not a dick.” Kyle said, “Well sometimes I am, increasingly more so these days. I want to give you the fleece. I really do. But people have been talking about something that can help me defeat The Jabberwocky. I want it. Then we’re in business.”

“I do not have the thing you speak of.” Zeus replied, “The Vorpal Blade. But I know where it is, and you will have to earn it.”

“The Vorpal Blade.” Skye explained, “Is a sacred piece of Agarthan culture. The Myrmidons, the Amazons and the Hyperboreans treat it with the utmost respect. It is meant to keep time in balance.”

“How does the sword help me with The Jabberwocky.”

“It allows you to fix time paradoxes. Untangle the strings of fate so to speak.”

“Well alright. What do I need to earn their respect? Get them to give it to me?”

“Only a champion can earn the Vorpal Blade. You must become the next Kururdo or The Kairos as we call him.” Zeus replied.

“Kairos?”

Zeus continued, “In Greek Mythology there was the god of time Cronus. That’s not what we’re talking about here. There was a concept known as Kairos, it means a divine moment or the perfect time. In more extended terms, having kairos would be the capacity to understand the ins and outs of a situation, the decorum or propriety so to speak, and act accordingly so as to achieve the best or perfect result. Kururdo means this. Kairos. The title itself embodies a champion, a protector of time so to speak, but includes these qualities, the qualities of kairos. For our purposes we refer to a Kururdo as The Kairos.”

“And I get this title how?”

“Several things must be achieved in tradition.” Skye replied, “you must do one task for each tribe. For the Hyperboreans it is traditionally the killing of a killer whale. The bigger the whale, the better. For a male, the Myrmidons require you to best every warrior in the village in unarmed combat, only powers. As for the Amazons you must take one of their princess as your consort. If you were female the opposite would be true, the Myrmidons would offer a consort, and you would best the Amazons.”

“Well shit.” Kyle said, “Who’s the Amazon princess?”

“Me actually.” Skye replied with a smirk.

“Well alright then. Be my consort?” Kyle asked half joking.

“Things aren’t that simple. You must receive the approval of the Amazonian Queen and undergo a sacred ritual. The sacred ritual will be performed for you three times. Once before the fight, once before your wedding, and once before your hunt. If you succeed at all three you may receive the title of Kairos.” Skye said.

“What does the title carry?”

“You rule all three tribes from a political standpoint as their feudal lord. As for Olympus, you’d be a major player in our discussions and operations.”

“I take this position is vacated?”

“There reportedly hasn’t been a Kairos for…” Skye seemed to calculate some numbers in her head, “It’s been at least…how many moons? right. At least twenty-four hundred moons so about 200 years ago give or take.”

“Wow ok.”

“The killer whale isn’t too bad.” Zeus replied, “But trying to beat every Myrmidon or Amazon is next to impossible. You’d have to have the power of at least twenty men to beat all of the Myrmidons.”

“And at this point, the Queen isn’t too fond of male Kururdo wannabe’s.” Skye replied.

“Well I got this. Set me up with a killer whale hunt first and I’m your man. That is if this weapon is truly worth going after.”

“We’ve only seen it used once before. In a time of desperate need it was used to defeat a powerful man from the future with powerful psychic powers. He was banished back to his realm with the sword.”

“Right. Which will fix The Jabberwocky and his time paradoxes.” Kyle replied, “Alright. Well then, I guess I want this then. Give me a bit, I’ll be back.”

“Where are you going?” Zeus asked.

“I gotta pick a few new tricks if I’m going to beat a bunch of Greek demigods.”

* * *

Kyle had returned to the Frasier residence after his trip to Antarctica and was debriefing with Nastia. They were once again in Jimmy’s room, listening to Marvin Gaye whom Nastia had really taken a liking too. He had just finished telling her about Agartha and what had happened there and was currently explaining how time paradoxes worked.

“Master. This is all quite confusing. Time paradoxes hurt my head.” Nastia said wincing.

“It’s not too bad.” Kyle replied, “But it’s definitely taken some time to get my head wrapped around it.” Kyle laid back on the bed, clasping his hands behind his head, relaxing into a pillow. The bed was soft and had the pleasant smell of freshly done laundry.

“The real question then Master, is how to best power you up to fight all of the Myrmidons.” Nastia said, shifting her positioning so that her head wrested on his bicep and her face was facing his. Her body smoothly conformed as they cuddled.

“Yeah. Plus I’m a terrible swimmer, I need to kill that orca somehow too.” Kyle said with a chuckle.

“Well, since when you kiss or have sex with someone you get their powers, I’d suggest that as your course of action.” Nastia said with a giggle, teasing the line of his stomach as she pulled up his shirt.

“You’re right.” Kyle sighed ignoring her for the moment, “and I’ve been experimenting. I think the people I kissed, my powers are weaker from them. That vertigo power I have? Lamest power ever by the way, it’s barely enough to cause nausea now. It’s not going away, but it’s also not that great. And I’m definitely stronger than before and I can still put on a light show, but it’s pretty small.”

“Meanwhile your magnetism powers?”

“Strong as ever. Though that doesn’t explain my psychic powers or my technopath powers. Never had sex with Gwen, or Hack for that matter. Thank goodness. That would be so weird.”

“Perhaps its the emotional connection you’re forming?” Nastia suggested, stopping her teasing and growing serious.

“What do you mean?”

“Sex is a very intimate, emotional act. A kiss can be, but the kisses you’ve received have been fairly weak. Perhaps your strong emotional bonds with Gwen and Jason have meant you gaining their powers over time.”

Kyle thought about it, “That does make sense. I loved Gwen, and I love Hack like a brother slash younger brother slash son. You might be on to something there, but what are you saying? I just go fuck a bunch of supers to gain their powers?”

“Honestly Master, yes.” She said looking him straight in the eye.

“That’s ridiculous. What am I going to say? ‘Hey there Super Fine Chick, I need to bang you so I can get powers and save the world?’ worst pickup line ever.”

“Do you have another course of action Master? These Myrmidons sound quite imposing.” Nastia said with a pouting frown that made her look especially cute.

“You’re right. It just feels so wrong.”

“There’s at least a simple partial solution Master.”

“What?” Kyle asked.

“Shatterstar. She passed out after you kissed her, have you checked on her?”

“No I haven’t had the chance.”

“Well Master. I have. I had Mistress Lacie transport me to Snow Manor where she is still chained up. I figured someone needed to take care of her, and you were busy doing other things. She’s like me, Master. She’s your slave too.”

“Are you serious?” Kyle asked, gasping.

“Yes Master, of course.”

“Well shit that makes no sense! The Jabberwocky shows me my powers, gives me new ones, and gives me a slave? What the fuck?” Kyle said sitting up suddenly, causing Nastia to fall off uncomfortably. “Uh whoops. Sorry.”

Nastia kissed him as her acceptance of his apology and continued.

“It is quite confusing Master.” Nastia admitted, “But she is your slave nonetheless. She would willingly have sex with you to gain her powers.”

“Ok. Well you’re right. As crazy as that is—I don’t understand The Jabberwocky. God I don’t get him at fucking all! —As crazy as that is, you’re right. That’s a simple partial solution. But I would like a little extra oomph as insurance. These Myrmidons don’t sound like a joke.”

“What are you thinking Master?”

“Well, it’d would have to be a time and place where I can get either an extremely useful power, or I could grab a ton of powers at once. I can use my seduction magic, or just psychic powers to win over the people I need. Have sex, be done. But I want to talk to Lacie and slash or Eugene about this. I think they’d have some good wisdom on the matter.”

“I’m glad you’re settling into the family Master. They are very nice.” Nastia said sighing, massaging his shoulders a little.

“A little too nice.” Kyle joked, “I need a little more death and discord in my life for it to actually feel real and not a dream.”

“Is living a dream really a bad thing Master?” Nastia asked.

“No. I guess not. But someday I’ll have to wake up, and I am not a morning person.” Kyle said with a laugh.

Nastia stood up giving him a coy smile, “Well Master, I have the power to save the world.”

She gave him a mischievous smile and Kyle began to catch on.

“Oh, do you? That’s a pretty useful power.”

“It’s very useful.” Nastia said, “And you’ll never get it!”

Nastia was practically giggling with excitement. Kyle stood up,

“Oh but what if I do this?”

Kyle moved in and kissed her neck which was totally a turn on for her. She moaned slightly. Sweeping her off her feet, Nastia exclaiming in surprise and joy, Kyle threw her on the bed.

“Well I’m just going to have to fuck that power right out of you won’t I?”

“It won’t work!” Nastia exclaimed, “Not unless you fuck me and use me really, really hard!”

“Don’t worry.” Kyle said with a wink, “I intend too.”
