You Can Feel It All Over, by Mudak

Back in November, 2011, Checker introduced us to six characters he had created and asked us to write a story involving one of them. I chose the record store clerk named Leonard. I just ask my younger readers to imagine a time back when Amazon and iTunes didn’t exist and you actually had to go into a brick-and-mortar store to buy your music. The title of this story is derived from the song “Sir Duke” by Stevie Wonder from his excellent Songs in the Key of Life album. In fact, I strongly recommend all of the albums that are mentioned in this narrative at some point so if you’re a music fan and don’t already own them, I recommend checking them all out. This is an adult story, with adult situations and adult … well, adult stuff in it. If you’re not an adult, I recommend that you go to Amazon.com or iTunes and get some new music instead. I welcome all commentary and criticism. My email address is , and please check out my writing blog at mudak326.tumblr.com.

Chapter 1

Leonard heaved a deep sigh as he walked from the time clock in the back of the store towards the cash registers. He glanced around and made a mental note about how there were no customers in the store, at least for the moment. This was enough to make him smile as he strode past the shelf of new CD releases.

Jenna had just opened up a case of DVD’s and started to place them on the appropriate shelf. “You look cheerful. What’s up?”

Leonard immediately stopped smiling. He grunted and looked down at the ground.

Jenna stopped stacking the new movies for a moment and said, “I get it. You’d much rather be the brooding, poorly understood clerk, the tragic hero. That’s fine. Tell you what? Would you like to choose the album we’ll play next?”

He looked up and caught Jenna’s eyes. “I was thinking… What’ve we got by Stevie Wonder?”

“Um… D’you want to hear Songs in the Key of Life?” She didn’t say anything more but she couldn’t help but think that something must really be wrong. Leonard usually chose albums like The Sickness by Disturbed or Slipknot’s eponymous debut album.

“What’s on that album?”

“Oh, it’s got ‘Sir Duke’ and ‘Isn’t She Lovely’ and one of my favorites of his, ‘Pastime Paradise.’ That’s the one that Coolio sampled to do ‘Gangsta’s Paradise’.” Jenna let out a slight giggle of pride at this knowledge.

“Not ‘I Just Called to Say I Love You’?”

“Um… No. Definitely not.”

“Then let’s put that album on.” He opened the drawer that contained all of the albums they ever played over the speaker system in the store and started to search for Stevie Wonder’s contribution to that collection.

Jenna moved closer to the counter. “All right, Leonard. What’s the deal? Why’re you asking about Stevie Wonder of all people?”

He stood up and crossed his arms in front of his chest. “If you must know, I saw the movie High Fidelity last night. I don’t know if you’ve ever seen it before, but—“

“I love that movie!”

He continued as though she hadn’t even spoken. “There’s a scene in that movie where a customer comes into the record store and asks for ‘I Just Called to Say I Love You,’ and Jack Black goes off on that guy. It was awesome. I’d love to be able to rip into a customer or two like that. But then he starts talking about the sins of once-great artists and lists that song as one of Stevie Wonder’s great sins. That’s when I realized I don’t really know Stevie Wonder’s music as well as I probably should.”

“So you saw this beautiful movie about a man growing up and finally taking responsibility for his life and his romantic relationships, and you focus on that one scene?”

“It was a good scene.” Leonard shrugged sheepishly.

“Yes. Yes it was.” Jenna couldn’t suppress a laugh.

Leonard returned to his search for the Stevie Wonder album in question.

A man put a copy of the album Moving Pictures by Rush on the counter, startling Leonard. “You’ve got to be a real music snob to be able to do what Jack Black did in that movie, ya know…” he said with a tease in his voice.

Leonard grunted as he scanned the bar code on the CD’s case. “That’ll be $15.89.”

“There’s other ways to rip into a customer, though,” the man continued. “I used to work in retail, so I know. Customers can be stupid, demanding, unreasonable, and downright evil. I wouldn’t blame you in the least if you were thinking about how much of an asshole I am right now.” The man put a 20-dollar bill on the counter.

Leonard picked the money off the counter, sighed, and handed the man his change, his receipt, and the Rush album in a small bag. “Have a good day, sir.”

“Now why would you call me ‘sir’? I haven’t done anything to deserve your respect. I’ve also never been in the military so I don’t deserve the title from that angle. And I’ve never even been to England and have no reasonable expectation of being knighted. I’d probably respond to ‘motherfucker’ faster than I’d respond to ‘sir’.”

Leonard wasn’t sure what to say. He stammered, “I’m sorry … sir.”

The man glared at Leonard.

“It’s just that, well… We’re supposed to call all of our customers ‘sir’ and ‘ma’am’.”

“But you don’t really like it, do you?”

“Have a good day. Come back soon.”

The man smiled broadly at Leonard. He shoved his change into his pockets and carried the album out of the store, humming the song “Tom Sawyer,” off of the album which he had just bought.

After customer was well out of their line of sight, Leonard and Jenna started laughing. Jenna remarked, “Yeah. It’d be nice if we could do something about annoying customers.” She paused and then pointed at the counter. “Is that that guy’s receipt?”

Leonard looked down and saw the slip of paper on the counter that the man had apparently left behind. “No. It’s … Um…” He picked up the paper and glanced at it. He squinted his eyes at the writing, shook his head, and casually put it in his pocket. “It’s mine. I must’ve dropped it there.”

“What is it?”

“Nothing.”

Jenna furled her brow, recognized that she wasn’t going to get any more information from her colleague, and returned to stacking the DVD’s on the shelf.

Chapter 2

As the day wore on, Jenna asked Leonard, “What time d’you want to take lunch? Do you mind if I go at about 11?”

“Sure.” Leonard mumbled, “So much for that...”

“What’d you say?”

“Nothing.” Leonard thought about the note the mysterious customer had left on the counter: the customer had asked Leonard to meet him in the food court at noon. Jenna’s desire for an early lunch had cost Leonard his only excuse not to meet the customer.

After the Stevie Wonder album ended, Leonard remarked, “That was pretty good. I never would’ve—“

Jenna smiled. “Thought that was something you might like, huh?”

“Exactly! How’d you know?”

“Oh, I think you’re growing up a little bit, musically.” There was a teasing lilt in her voice. She glanced down at her watch. “I might as well go to lunch now. Can you hold the fort down while I grab something?”

“Of… Of course.”

Jenna swayed her hips as she walked out of the store and into the mall itself. Leonard couldn’t help but sigh as he watched her walk away. In an effort to take his mind off of everything, he scrambled to find another CD to play over the store’s audio system. He thumbed through the collection of CD’s and decided to put Tori Amos’s Little Earthquakes over the system. As the opening track began, he mumbled to no one in particular, “I think Jenna likes this album…”

Leonard helped all of the customers who came into the store while Jenna was out, pointing people in the direction of certain albums they sought, providing advice where he could, and generally trying to hide his growing apprehension about what would happen within the hour.

Jenna walked back into the store as the title track of the Tori Amos album started playing. She squealed, “Oh, I love this song!”

“I thought you did.” He smiled at Jenna, who looked away from him. He quickly added, “Will you be all right while I go out and get my lunch?”

“Of course! Enjoy!”

“Thanks.” He slowly walked out of the store. As he was near the entrance to the mall, he turned around and saw Jenna standing at the cash register. She furled her brow, put her hands on her hips and gestured for him to hurry up and get lunch.

He sighed and walked out of the store. As he drew nearer to the food court, he saw the customer sitting at a small table near the yogurt stand. Leonard quickly looked away, hoping the man didn’t see him.

When Leonard thought the man hadn’t seen him, he let his defenses down. Almost immediately after that, he felt a strong hand on his shoulder. The man wordlessly gestured to him to sit down at the table.

Leonard eyed the man suspiciously as they sat back down. After a moment of awkward silence, the man smiled broadly. “Let me ask you something, Leonard.”

“How do you know my name?” One of the things Leonard loved about the record store was the fact that he didn’t have to wear a name tag.

The man smiled broadly as he retrieved the bag with the Rush album from his pocket. He then placed his receipt on the table. The man cleared his throat and pointed to the spot on the slip that identified Leonard by name as his cashier.

“Touché,” said Leonard dejectedly.

“Listen, kid. I like you. That’s why I asked you to meet me here. I want to help you with—”

“What if I don’t need your help? Or anyone else’s for that matter?”

“Cut the crap, Leonard. I know you want to impress that girl in the store. You remind me of me when I was your age.”

Leonard sighed and rolled his eyes.

The man crossed his arms and asked, “See any girls around here you’d like? Aim high and dream big.” He pointed to a blonde standing in line behind Leonard.

Leonard turned around to look at her but said nothing.

“How about her?” the man pointed to a tall brunette.

Leonard shrugged.

“Her?” The man indicated a leggy, brown-haired girl who looked disaffected and bored as she waited in line at a salad place.

“Sure.”

The man stood up and walked towards the girl. He took two steps before stopping and turning back to Leonard, who remained seated. The man gestured for Leonard to join him. “Come on!”

Leonard slowly stood up and followed behind the man.

The man reached into his pocket and pulled out something that looked like a cigar covered in silver. Leonard craned his neck to get a closer look at whatever it was the man was holding. The man bumped into the brown-haired girl; Leonard nearly walked into the man.

The girl grunted and said, “Hey! Watch where you’re—”

She didn’t finish her sentence because the man had raised the cigar-like object to just in front of her face and pressed a button. Her face was briefly awash in a dim blue light.

The man looked at Leonard. “We’ve got twenty seconds. What would you like? Oh, I know!” He faced the girl, who looked either dizzy or drunk. “When you look my friend Leonard here in the eye, you’ll feel an overwhelming need to suck his cock. Nothing else will matter until he cums in your mouth.”

Leonard scowled at the man. “What’re you doing?”

“Just using this,” the man showed Leonard the device before returning it to his pocket.

The girl awoke from her trance and finished her sentence from before. “Going!”

“Sorry about that. I hope you’ll excuse me and my friend, Leonard, here.”

The girl scoffed. “Just leave me ... alone.” She looked from the Rush fan to Leonard and lost her train of thought when she caught the record store clerk’s eye. Her scowl quickly morphed into a mischievous grin. “I’m sorry. Wait! Did you say your name’s Leonard?”

Leonard tried to process what was happening. “Ummmmmm...”

“I know this might seem a bit, uh... forward, but I’d love to blow you ... right ... now.” She licked her lips and cupped her breasts. “Whaddaya say?”

Leonard looked to the man he had just met, who smiled, shrugged his shoulders, and said, “I’ll wait.”

The girl grabbed Leonard’s hand. “C’mon. Let’s find some place a little more private.”

She started moving, tightening her grip on Leonard’s hand. When she broke into a near run, he decided it wasn’t worth it to fight her. Before he knew it, the two of them were standing outside the public restrooms behind the food court. With a giggle, she asked, “Your place or mine?”

Before he could answer, she started into the men’s room.

Leonard stayed close behind her as they went into a stall. Before he could lock it, she began unfastening his pants.

He stammered as he considered pushing her away. “Y-y-you know, y-you don’t have to do this, ya know...”

“I know. But I want to.” She started caressing his balls, hungrily taking in every inch of his stiffening cock.

“But... But I don’t even, ya know... know your name.”

She giggled, “I’m sorry. I just got so caught up in the excitement of everything and all. I’m Sally. And if you don’t mind my saying so, your dick is the nicest looking I think I’ve ever seen.”

She lunged into his crotch, taking him deep into her throat. She began to tickle the head of his cock with her tongue and he completely hardened in her mouth. She let out a stifled moan as she felt him thrust into her throat. She sucked him expertly as she continued to fondle his balls with her long fingers.

She paused for a moment as she gasped for air. “And you taste good, too. Now don’t hold back any.”

He started to grunt as he clumsily reached for her head. Since she was already bobbing up and down on him, it was more to find something to do with his hands than to provide any real support or guidance. Before he knew it, he could feel himself releasing into her mouth.

Sally made it clear that she liked the taste and feel of him unloading his warmth into her and she greedily slurped every drop he offered her. He quickly fell limp inside her mouth and she licked the last drops off of him.

She loudly said, “Thank you,” as she stood up, smoothed out her skirt with her palms, and walked out of the bathroom.

He felt somewhat sad that he didn’t have the chance to thank her back. He pulled his pants back up as quickly as he could and walked out of the restroom.

The record store customer was sitting at a table near the corridor that leads to and from the restrooms. Leonard saw him and asked, “Did you see Sally?”

“Who? You mean the girl who took you back there and sucked you off?””

“Shhh! Yes! Where’d she go?”

The man shrugged. “Beats me.”

“What just happened here?”

“Um. I wasn’t in the bathroom with the two of you, but I’m pretty sure she blew you.”

“That’s not what I meant. How’d you get her to do that?”

The man chuckled. “Sit down.”

Leonard looked around before reluctantly taking a seat opposite the man.

“Let me ask you something. How old would you say I am?”

Leonard wasn’t expecting this question. As often happened when he was unsure of what to do, he did little more than shuffle uncomfortably in his seat.

The man chuckled. “Would you believe I’m almost 70?”

Leonard shook his head. His grandfather was 70 and this man wasn’t balding, gray-haired, or even noticeably wrinkled. “You’re shitting me,” he said without thinking.

“Isn’t that what a worm says as he’s looking out a bird’s ass?”

Leonard cocked his head to one side, clearly confused.

“Sorry. It was a lame attempt at a joke. But how old are you, Lenny? May I call you Lenny? I’m guessing you’re about 19 or so.”

“Yeah.”

“Well, I was your age, working in a record store—back when the stores actually sold, you know, records—when a customer came in and gave me this…” He reached into his pocket and pulled out the cigar-like device. “It gives you unlimited access to anyone’s brain for 20 seconds. And that’s all you really need to make quite literally any dream you might have, come true. It’s got one big restriction. You can’t use it on the same person more than once in a 24 hour period, but that’s about it. You can literally implant a suggestion to anyone that they do anything. You can get your revenge on someone who annoys you. Make women love you. Make boatloads of money. Whatever you might dream of. It’s possible with this.”

“But why would you give it to me?”

“Like I said, I like you, Lenny. That, and I’ve had it for fifty years now. I don’t need it anymore. I don’t need any more money. Or pussy. And I feel like I’ve outgrown the whole get-back-at-people phase of my life. It’s time for me to turn it over to you, just like it was turned over to me when I was your age.”

“So you’re just going to hand it over to me?”

“Well, yes and no. I’m going to come back into the record store later on today. If you can break your habit of calling customers ‘sir’ and look me in the eye and call me an asshole, it’s yours.”

“That’s it, huh?”

“Yup. I’ve seen the way you look at that girl you work with. What’s her name?”

“Jenna.”

“Right. You should probably be aware that you won’t be able to use this on her until tomorrow.”

“What? Why?”

“How else could I be sure she’d take her lunch? That way you’d be free at noon and… well…”

“Did you use that on me?”

The man yawned. “So let me ask you something else, Lenny. If I’m not getting too personal. How was that girl I gave you just now. She seemed pleased with herself as she walked by me.”

“She was … good. Really good.”

“Ever had that good a blow job before?”

“I’d never had a blow job before,” he said sheepishly.

“That’ll change dramatically once I turn this over to you.”

“I bet.”

The man stood up and walked away from the table. “I think it might be time for you to get back to work. I’ll see you a little later.”

Chapter 3

When Leonard returned to the store, he immediately saw Jenna engaged in an animated discussion with a female customer.

“I really hate coming here. It’s almost impossible to find anything and your prices are outrageous!”

Jenna put her hands in her hips. “Well, why don’t you go somewhere else?”

“Because this is the only place that sells more than just the latest teen pop sensation. Trust me, I would go somewhere else if I could. Now where’d you move the jazz CD’s to this week?”

Leonard jumped in. “Let me show you, ma’am.” He walked with her to a small section in the back corner of the store.

The moment the woman saw where she was heading, she scoffed loudly.

Leonard surreptitiously glanced back, and saw that Jenna was helping another customer. He asked the jazz fan, “Are you looking for something specific?

“Thelonius Monk,” she said curtly.

She quickly started rummaging through the CD’s, throwing the ones she didn’t want onto the floor before finding a single CD that interested her.

Leonard started to say something but no words came out of his mouth, the woman was moving so quickly away from him. The woman was so focussed on finding the cash register and getting out of the store, she nearly walked into another customer.

The woman snarled, “Excuse me!”

The man who was in her way said, with a much more gracious tone, “Excuse me!” Despite his tone, he made a point of standing directly in the woman’s path, preventing her from getting to her destination.

“You’re excused. Now would you get out of my way?”

“You know something? It’s people like you who … Oh forget it. You wouldn’t understand. Let’s just do this instead.” It was only when the man held the cigar-shaped device in front of the woman’s face, that Leonard recognized him as the man he had just met.

The woman’s face was bathed in the now-familiar pale blue light and quickly slackened from sternness and anger, to being demure and vacant. “Now. When I snap my fingers, you’ll go back to that rack and pick up every CD you threw on the floor, putting them all back where they belong. If my friend Leonard over there says you didn’t do it right, you’ll go back and do it again until he’s satisfied. You will pay for your CD without complaint, and you’ll even praise Jenna for her kindness. After you pay for it, you’ll roll your panties down and leave them on the counter. You will then lift your skirt above your hips as you walk out the door. You won’t mind displaying your naked pussy to anyone you encounter.”

Shortly after he was done with the instructions, the woman snapped out of it and returned to the jazz section to clean up the mess she had made.

Leonard approached the man. “Thank you,” he whispered. “She was a real …”

“Cunt. I know. That’s why I told her to leave her panties behind.” The man paused. “So, are you ready to do what it takes to get me to give this to you?”

“What do you mean?”

The man raised one eyebrow.

“I get it. Fine. You know, that customer might’ve had it coming, but I think you’ve been a real asshole too.”

“Excellent. Doesn’t it feel good to rip into a customer?”

“Yeah. I guess it does… Fuckface!” He started to giggle his word choice.

“That’s the spirit!”

“Of course that’s the spirit you cockknocker!”

“Now wouldn’t you feel great if you could treat all of your customers with the same disdain they obviously hold for you?”

Leonard nodded his head thoughtfully. If he had any concerns about decorum or otherwise behaving unprofessionally, he didn’t express them.

After an uncomfortable silence, the man drew the device from his pocket with a flourish. It’s really simple to use.” He pointed to a small lens and said, “Hold this about a foot away from your subject’s face.” He moved his thumb away from a red button on the top of the device. “Push this button to activate it. You’ve got 20 seconds to give your subject instructions or suggestions, and you can only use it once on a given person within 24 hours.”

“What happens if I try more than once?”

“I don’t know this firsthand, but the guy who gave it to me, said I could risk killing my subject. I didn’t think it was worth trying myself. But who knows? If you’ve really got an enemy…”

“What do you mean by ‘suggestions’?”

“Ever been to a stage hypnosis show?”

“No.”

“Well, in those shows, the hypnotist can suggest that the person cluck like a chicken when someone claps their hands. Then they wake up the person in the trance, and they won’t be any worse off for knowing anything. Then the hypnotist claps his or her hands and the person starts clucking like a chicken. That’s called a post-hypnotic suggestion. That’s what I mean by that.”

“Oh, like what you did with Sally?”

“Right. The trigger was looking you in the eye. Or with that customer. She’s going to …” he craned his neck to look at the cash register. “Check that. She is taking her panties off right now. So why don’t you try it out on someone? Start small… What about that guy over there?”

“Um. Sure.”

Leonard cautiously walked up to the man looking through the action movies. “Excuse me, sir. Can I help you with something?”

“Not unless you can tell me what would be a good birthday present for my teenage son.”

Both Leonard and the customer laughed.

Leonard lifted the device up and held it close to the customer’s head. The man quickly turned to face Leonard and said, impatiently, “What?”

Leonard immediately pushed the button on the device. He said nothing at first, but then decided what he would suggest to the man. “When I clap my hands, you’ll bark like a dog. When I clap my hands again, you’ll stop barking.”

The man who had given Leonard the device whispered in Leonard’s ear. “Very good. Now just let the effect wear off. Twenty seconds can be a long time, can’t it?”

“Yeah.”

“You might want to put that thing away. You don’t want to let a lot of people know what that thing is capable of.”

“Good idea.”

The customer shook his head and continued looking through the movies.

Leonard said, “Well, if there’s anything you need, just let me know.”

“Thank you.”

“You’re welcome. Oh, one more thing.”

“What’s th-“ the man’s words were cut off when Leonard clapped his hands together. He immediately started making deep, guttural barks, sounding very much like a dog who apparently feels the need to defend his home from the mailman. Several customers turned to watch the man, who was oblivious to this attention.

Leonard looked around uncomfortably. He quickly clapped his hands again, and the man stopped barking.

Leonard felt somewhat embarrassed by being so near to the customer as he was barking. He decided to walk away and stand near the register, where Jenna was cleaning the countertop.

Jenna looked at him and asked, “What was that about?”

“I’ll tell you later.”

“Do you have any thoughts as to why that lady felt it necessary to leave her underwear here?”

“Maybe it was her way of apologizing for her attitude?”

“Or something. People are really fucked up, aren’t they?”

“Yeah.” Leonard nodded his head.

Chapter 4

Leonard and Jenna spent the remainder of their respective shifts helping customers. Leonard swore that he’d use the new device on some of the more unruly customers and was pleasantly surprised by the fact that he only needed to use it twice to contain and control people in the store.

When he got home that night, his thoughts focussed on one thing and one thing only: how to use the device on Jenna. He figured, by his own calculations, that it would be safe to use it on her after lunch. Even for everything else going on, it just felt wrong to do something as simple as make her fall in love with him. He needed to do something that made him look more appealing to her, yet still allow her to maintain the free will that says she’s choosing him of her own volition.

As he closed his eyes, he imagined what she looked like naked and drifted off into a deep sleep. In his dream, he imagined her alongside of him, crazed for lust, and acting like those girls he had seen in porno movies.

Except that, in his dream, Jenna was his and his alone.

Chapter 5

Leonard was able to remember enough of the dream to give him an idea as to what he should do.

After he arrived at work, he found that he couldn’t help but admire the blouse she was wearing today. It was the perfect fit over her supple breasts and it took all of his willpower not to stare at either her breasts or her black-stocking-covered legs.

On those occasions when he felt he could stare, he found that he had to surreptitiously look away if it seemed as though Jenna might catch on that he was looking. More than once, he heard her scoff loudly as he looked away and he silently cursed himself for being so obvious.

The morning dragged on, despite a steady stream of customers and music of his choosing (Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys by My Chemical Romance) coming over the store’s audio system. Finally, at about 11 am, he announced he would go to lunch. It was only fair that he take the early lunch this day since Jenna had gone early the day before. When he returned, she went to lunch. Upon her return, he planned, he would use the device on her.

Over the course of the two lunch breaks, he found himself planning and practicing in his head exactly what he would say to her. He timed himself using his watch to make sure he wasn’t going over the 20 second limit. Even as he fumbled with his words, he found that he wouldn’t have a problem giving her these instructions in less than 20 seconds.

Finally, she returned from lunch. He had a short line up of people at his register and Jenna immediately jumped on another register to get rid of the line. Within ten minutes, all customers were out of the store.

Leonard looked at Jenna and stammered, “Th—thank you. For, you know, your help with the line and all.”

“No problem!”

She started to walk away and tackle the latest CD shipment.

Leonard took a deep breath. He could barely hear his words over the sound of his pounding heart. “Hey Jenna! Could I … talk to you about something?”

“Sure. What’s up?” She was smiling broadly as Leonard reached into his pocket and pulled out the silver device and held it in front of her face. “What’s th—“

Her words were cut off and her face slackened as Leonard activated the device. He quickly exhaled and inhaled deeply one more time. “Let me tell you a secret. Any time you feel me touch your skin—anywhere—you will feel a rush of pleasure. The more I touch you, the more it will feel like an orgasm.”

He quickly heaved a sigh of relief at having given her his instructions.

After a moment, she shook her head, pointed to the device still held in his hand, and finished her question. “—at thing?”

“Oh, this? It’s nothing.” He chuckled awkwardly as he returned the gadget into his pocket. He glanced down at his feet, then steeled himself to ask the question he’d wanted to ask her ever since he started working in the store and met her on his first day. “So are… Um… You doing anything after work tonight?” He put his hand on the counter by the register.

She giggled. “Are you … asking me out? That’s sweet. I really can’t go out with you, though, Leonard.” She patted him on his hand and immediately felt a surge of pleasure as her skin came in contact with his. She subconsciously said, “Oh!” as she felt this sensation.

“Is everything all right?”

“Yeah, I… I…” The feeling subsided and she caught her breath. “It was nothing.”

“You sure? I mean, if you need my help with something…” He reached for her hands but decided against taking them.

“You’re really sweet, Leonard. You really are.” She looked at his hands and then at her own. She took one final deep breath and added, “I need to get back to that shipment.”

“Of course.” She walked by him as she moved from behind the counter. As she walked by, he made a point of brushing her hand. His movement was subtle, barely noticeable, but the volume of the wordless squeak that escaped from her lips was unmistakeable.

She started to sway on her feet. She steadied herself against his shoulder. As her fingers came in touch with his arm, she got hit with another, more powerful jolt.

“Are you all right?”

She nodded her head and wiped her brow. As she managed to move away from Leonard, the sensation died down. Eventually, she whispered, “Yeah,” as she struggled to restore her breathing.

When she looked him in the eye, he couldn’t help but notice the flush in her cheeks and the wild look in her eyes.

“You sure you’re all right?”

She nodded her head and raced to get to the box of inventory she was about to unload.

Seeing as how the store was devoid customers, he walked slowly towards Jenna. He knelt down close to her and whispered, “Can I let you in on a little secret?”

“Ssssure,” she said, uncertainly.

“Last night, I had a dream. I thought it was a dream, anyway. But in the dream, I saw these aliens who did some experiments on me and, when they were done, they told me that I had orgasmic hands.”

Jenna laughed. “Orgasmic hands?”

“Yeah. They said that if I touch any woman, she will experience an orgasm.”

She crossed her arms in front of her chest and glared at him.

“Well, after I saw you just now, I started to wonder if that really was a dream or if it really happened.”

“Well, I definitely felt something, but it wasn’t an orgasm.” She said it quickly and diverted her eyes, not wanting to let it be known that she wasn’t completely honest.

“So if I take your hand right now…”

Before she could respond, he grabbed her hand and held it firmly.

She rolled her eyes upwards and felt a surge of pleasure moving through her body. The longer he held onto her hand, the more powerful the sensation became, until she finally let out a howl of pleasure. “Yes! Yes! Oh, yes! That’s it! Wow! Leonard, that’s …” she couldn’t finish her thoughts as she was panting too hard.

He let go of her hand. “So that wasn’t an orgasm?”

She buried her face in her hands. After a long pause and several deep breaths, she said, “Okay. It was. And it was amazing.”

“So did you want to do something after work tonight?”

Her eyes darted back and forth between his hands and his eyes before settling on his crotch. She cupped her breasts and said, “What did you have in mind?”

“Whatever you’d like. We can just hang out and talk, do dinner, or maybe, just maybe, we can see if it’s only my hands or if I can do just as well with other body parts, too.”

“Um…” She bit her lip before saying, “Sure. I’d really like that.” She picked up his hand and screamed, “Oh, yeah! That’s it, baby! Mmmmmmmm!!!!”

She didn’t so much let go of his hand when the pleasure became too much as she did allow his hand to fall away.

He stood up and saw a customer standing near him. It was the mysterious man from the previous day. He took Leonard aside and whispered, “Nice job. Use it wisely.”

Both Leonard and the customer looked at Jenna, who was struggling to maintain her balance by clutching onto the New Releases rack, the aftershocks of the pleasure clearly still coursing through her.

Leonard nodded appreciatively. “I’m sure I will… Sir.”
