Halloween... that one day of the year when everyone dresses up in colorful costumes and goes Trick or Treating. River City is much the same, only some of the citizens wear their costumes year round. But holiday or not, crime never truly rests, and Sanguine and her two companions seek to keep the streets safe, making sure there are far more Treats than Tricks for the humble citizens.
