In the captial of a great empire there exists a secret rebellion of freed slaves and common folk who have become disillusioned with the ruling caste of priests who are powered by divine mandate to enforce their will on any who disobey. A slave freed through unlikely means gains possession of a priest’s staff of office and becomes the focal point of a brewing civil war. In amidst this turmoil is the coming of age tale of a little blue camera that just can’t seem to do anything right.
