Dave the bartender nodded, “Yeah, you came in here and told that really bad joke about the three spines. And pissed everybody off.”
“But that was three week backs.”
“Don’t you mean ‘three weeks back?” One-eyed Jack frowned. “That would have been around Halloween.“
“No,” Dave the bartender scowled, “he means ‘three weak backs.”
One-eyed Jack groaned. That was how Jack Lantern had found himself running for his life the last three weeks!
